The latest mix comes from my good friend Claire. One of the songs that stands out is Björk’s So Broken. It’s a pleasant surprise to hear Björk’s voice backed by a spanish guitar.
Glass Candy’s Life After Sundown is amazing! Her voice and the musical style reminds me of Blondie, just a little more low key and it makes me happy that someone wanted to take that and update it so that it can keep happening.
Genius of Love by Tom Tom Club is a song everyone loves, even if you only know the Mariah Carey version.
